As of 30th April, our current processing times are up to 4 weeks. Please consider this when placing your order. We always try to do our best to accommodate for you though, so if you need your order rushed, please message using our live chat. The postage that you select at the checkout will not apply until the turnaround time has been reached.

Costs and delivery estimates are set by the Royal Mail. We're All Ears Boutique cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. Once we have dispatched an item we have NO further control of it. Please make sure to order in plenty of time for your event.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

As all items are handmade, I can only accept cancellations up to 1 week after an order has been placed. 

Due to the nature of business, we can only accept exchanges on non-personalised items, this will need to be posted back to us at a cost to you. If an item is faulty we are more than happy to replace or refund this for you.
