Shipping/ Cancellations/ Returns


Orders placed Friday to Sunday will not process until the Monday and shipping estimates are not inclusive of bank holidays. 

Our current processing times are up to 4 weeks. Please consider this when placing your order. We always try to do our best to accommodate for you though, so if you need your order rushed, please message using our live chat. The postage that you select at the checkout will not apply until the turnaround time has been reached.

Costs and delivery estimates are set by the Royal Mail. We're All Ears Boutique cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays. Once we have dispatched an item we have NO further control of it. Please make sure to order in plenty of time for your event.

As all items are handmade, I can only accept cancellations up to 24 hours after an order has been placed. 

Due to the nature of business, we can only accept exchanges on non-personalised items, this will need to be posted back to us at a cost to you, you will also be responsible for your postage on your exchanged item. If an item is faulty we are more than happy to replace or refund this for you up to 28 days after an order has been received.
